There may be items in this catalog that could be restricted to your city, county, or state. It is the customers’ obligation to check local laws before ordering. All the products Cosmic Glass Company sell are for tobacco use only.

All advertising and advertised products are void where prohibited. Our company is not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors.



Our goal is to ship every order within 2-3 business days. We will make every attempt to meet that goal, but Our company is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, whether or natural disaster, carrier demand or disputes, domestic/international customs or embargo, or seasonal shipping demand. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time.We Do Not Ship Outside of the Continental US. We Do Not Ship to PO/APO Boxes, HI or Alaska. For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery. We don't accept change address by email. Only ship to the address that you provided in your order.

We require signature upon delivery.

Return Policy

No returns! Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. Damaged returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number - obtainable from your Sales Account Manager - in order to receive full credit or item replacement.

All prices shown are wholesale prices that are subject to change without notice. Sale prices may expire and cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers Our company is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in this catalog, on our website, or in any other publications.

Discount Code Policy

Apply code when checking out, the discount amount excluded Special Offer, Shipping and Tax. 

Damages & Shortages

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages, please contact your Sales Account Manager to file a claim. If it is the fault of Our company, any damaged or shorted merchandise will be credited or re-shipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, Our company will arrange for return shipping.
